Terms of Service for VVV Filings, LLC d/b/a Weyvr

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between VVV Filings, LLC d/b/a Weyvr (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”), located at 30 N Gould St., Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, and you, the user (“Client”, “You”, “Your”). By accessing, browsing, or using any of the services provided by Weyvr, including, but not limited to, Employer Identification Number (EIN) application, Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) application, business entity formation, and U.S. banking services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you are prohibited from using the Services and should cease using the website immediately.

2. Services Provided

Weyvr offers professional document preparation services tailored to assist non-U.S. citizens and foreign entities in obtaining an Employer Identification Number (EIN), Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN), and establishing business entities (Limited Liability Companies (LLC) and Corporations) in the United States. Additionally, we provide expert consulting on U.S. banking services. The Services provided herein include:

• Preparation and submission of EIN applications

• Preparation and submission of ITIN applications

• Business formation services (LLC, Corporation)

• U.S. banking services for businesses and individuals

3. Accuracy and Completeness of Information

By submitting an application for any of the Services, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. You acknowledge that any discrepancies, omissions, or misstatements in the information you submit may result in delays, rejection, or invalidation of your application. You further agree to provide any additional information reasonably requested by Weyvr to facilitate the processing of your application.

4. Refund Policy

• ITIN Application: Refunds shall only be issued if your ITIN application is formally rejected by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). No refunds will be granted if the application is processed successfully, regardless of any subsequent issues or delays with the IRS.

• EIN, LLC, Corporation Formation, and U.S. Banking Services: No refunds will be provided for EIN applications, business formation services, or U.S. banking services once the process has commenced. Given that preparation and filing typically require only a few days, refunds are not applicable after submission.

• Expedited Services: Expedited processing is available for certain services, and is clearly noted as such on each service-specific webpage. Additional fees for expedited processing are non-refundable once the application process has been initiated.

• Incorrect Information: If any application is delayed, rejected, or otherwise adversely affected due to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client, no refunds shall be issued. Clients are advised to thoroughly review all forms and documentation prior to submission.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Weyvr respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal and business data. The information you provide through the application process, including but not limited to personal identifying information, tax identification numbers, business details, and banking information, will be used solely for the purpose of processing your application. We will not share or sell your personal data to any third parties, except as necessary to fulfill the processing of your application.

We employ robust security measures, including encryption protocols, secure server technology, and restricted access to ensure the protection of your personal and sensitive data. However, no data transmission method over the Internet is entirely secure, and Weyvr cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information you transmit to us.

6. Modifications to the Terms of Service

Weyvr reserves the right to amend, modify, or revise these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice. Any such revisions will be posted on this webpage, and it is the Client’s responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Service. Continued use of the Services following any modifications will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weyvr shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Services, whether such damages are direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential. In no event shall Weyvr’s liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in question.

Weyvr makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the timeliness, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Services, or any information provided in connection with the Services. The use of our website and services is at your own risk.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Weyvr, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to (a) your violation of these Terms of Service, (b) your use of the Services, (c) any breach of applicable laws or third-party rights, or (d) any false, misleading, or incomplete information provided in the course of your application.

9. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Nothing contained within this website, or provided through any communication or document, shall be construed as the provision of legal advice. Weyvr is not a law firm and does not provide legal counsel. Any communication or documentation prepared by Weyvr is for administrative or filing purposes only. For legal advice, please consult a licensed attorney.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Weyvr is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of such external sites. The inclusion of such links does not imply endorsement or sponsorship of the linked websites or their content.
